As we begin to plan and collaborate for 2025, we want to bring the teams together to talk next steps. To do that, we have a little homework. Please think through the past year and list what you feel is working, what isn’t working (either process is broken, training is needed, etc.) and what is something we need to be thinking of as teams as we move into the new year.

This survey is anonymous and will be used to help guide our conversations and create team goals to help facilitate respectful relationships between the two teams. Please answer honestly. This is your platform to chime in and provide feedback.
